Abstract :
The purpose of the present research was to study the relationship between time management and job burn-out among the staffs employed in Islamic Azad University branches in zone 12. Among all the employees as the population (totally 4385) 578 were selected using Cochran's sample size formula. The designs of the study were correlational and documentary. The results of the data collected through a standard questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software. Both descriptive statistics (relative frequency, mean, standard deviation) and inferential statistics (simple and multivariate regression) were used. The findings indicated that 18.9 percent of the job burn-out was explained by the variable of time management. The regression Beta in multivariate regression was meaningful for the components of job timing, job prioritization, telephone call and personal affair timing and was not meaningful for the components of proper delegation of authority, convening and presiding a session, and timing to admit clients.
