The Relationship between Exceptional Schools Teachers’ Organizational Culture and their Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Satisfactionin Hormozgan Province in 2011 - 12

Abstract :
The aim of this Study is to investigate the relationship between organizational culture, organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfactio population of this research includes all employed teachers in exceptional schools in استان Hormozgan Province (498 person) in the Academic year 2011 –12a sample of 217 teachers participated in this study. They were selected through random sampling via Morgans table. The research method is descriptive and of correlational type. Three questionnaires were use for data gathering Organizational culture Questionnaire( (Hofstede, 2001)،, Organizational Citizenship behavior Questionnaire(( (DiPaula and Moran, 2001) 2001),و and JobJDI satisfaction Questionnaire(( (Smith, Kendall & Hulin, 1969). For data analysis Pearson coefficient correlation and polygamist regressions were used, and the results indicate thatThere is not any Significant Relationbetween organizational culture and job satisfaction, from among organizational culture dimensions, only Male-orientation has Significant Relationship with job satisfaction and is able to predict it. On the other hand, there are significant relations between citizenship behavior and job satisfaction. And from among different Dimensions of citizenship behavior, helpfulness and organizational obedience have significant relationship with job satisfaction. Moreover, from different dimensions of organizational culture, there are only significant relationship between risk refusal, male-orientation, and citizenship behavior. Besides, male-orientation is the most powerful dimension for prediction.
