The first questionnaire consisted of 23 questions on organizational silence. The second questionnaire includes 11 questions on the dimensions of employees’ trust and 5 demographic questions. More specifically, there is a positive correlation between cognition-based trust and top management’s attitudes about silence. However, no positive correlation was found between top management’s attitudes about silence and affect-based trust. On the other hand, there is a negative correlation between communication opportunities and dimension of employees’’ trust. Moreover, supervisors’ attitudes about silence and dimensions of employees’ trust are also negatively correlated.
