Abstract :
Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the performance of employees in different regions of Islamic Azad University. The population included all the employees in different regions of IAU out of which 1096 were selected through stratified random sampling. The instrument for data collection was a researcher-made questionnaire, including 48 questions, developed based on Hersey & Goldsmite's ACHIEVE model. It was given to the sample and the collected data underwent statistical analysis through one-way ANOVA and LSD test. The results of data analysis revealed that: (a) There is a difference in the average of employee's performance in different regions of IAU and (b) This average indicates that from among 17 regions investigated in this study, regions 6, 7, 5, and 12 have received higher scores for their employees' performance compared with other regions.
