The relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Quality of Work Life with Self-efficiency of staff in Teaching and Training office in Shiraz, Zone Three.

Abstract :
The present study was intended to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and quality of work life with self-efficiency of staff in teaching and training office in shiraz, zone three. Research method was descriptive and correlational. Research community was the staff of teaching and training office in zone three of Shiraz that was 112 out of 126 members of staff completed and submitted questionnaires. In order to collect data three type of questionnaires, Shout's (1998) Emotional Intelligence, Ghasemzade's (1384) Quality of Work Life, and Sherer's (1982) Self-efficiency, were adopted. Cronbach's alpha reliability coefficient was used to calculate the reliability of each of the questionnaires as 0.74, 0.95, and 0.75 respectively. For data analysis, SPSS software and descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The results have shown that there is a meaningful relationship between emotional intelligence and self-efficiency. There is a meaningful relationship between quality of work life and self-efficiency. More over, all elements of emotional intelligence and quality of work life could predict self-efficiency.
