The Relationships between the Components of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Based on DEMATEL Approach: A Case Study

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationships between the components of organizational citizenship behavior in Tabriz Foreign Language Teaching Institutes, zone four. The variables in this study were the effective implementation of organizational citizenship behavior components which have been identified in previous researches. The research type is descriptive and the statistical population includes 48 managers of the institutes. Due to the limited number of the population members, all of them were selected. For data collection, two researcher-made questionnaires were used. After determining the content validity of the questionnaires, their reliability were estimated through test – retest method. DEMATEL method was also used for data analysis and the final analysis of data was done through the use of MATLAB software. The results show that "magnanimity” has been identified as the most influenced indicator and "altruism" as the most influential one.
