The Relationship between Managers Intellectual Intelligence and their Mental Health and Job Involvement

Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between spiritual intelligence and mental health and job involvement managers at different levels of education and job involvement in Sanandaj. The research is descriptive and of correlational type. 165 out of 256 managers at different levels of education in Sanandaj participated in this study. They were selected through Random sampling. Spiritual intelligence questionnaire to collect data from King (2008) and Goldberg Health Questionnaire (1972), and to measure job involvement questionnaire kanvngv (1982) were used for data collection. The reliability questionnaires were 0/93 for Spiritual intelligence questionnaire, 0.83 Health, and 0.82 for job involvement questionnaire. For data analysis, single-sample t test, Pearson correlation test, ANOVA and simple regression were used. The results showed that between the components of spiritual intelligence and mental health administrators and managers significant positive correlation there. Spiritual Intelligence and its components as well as between the directors and the managers' job involvement and significant positive correlation there. Regression analysis also showed that mental health and job involvement by intelligence managers spiritual dimensions of the managers is predictable.
