Predicting employees' productivity based on organizational intelligence in IAU (zone8)

Abstract :
The purpose of the study was to find the relationship between organizational intelligence and social capital with the productivity of the staff employed in Islamic Azad University, Pardis, Firouzkouh, Damavand, and Roudehen Branches as well as Boumehen Center. The Population of the research consisted of all staff working in the above mentioned branches and center. The research sample consisted of 250 subjects chosen by applying clustering method based on the sample size. The research tools were the questionnaire of productivity designed based on ACHIEVE Hersi and Gold Smith Model and consisted of the dimensions of ability, clarity, help, incentive, evaluation, validity and environment (α=0.93); the questionnaire of Ebili and Ebili’s (2010) social capital which had cognitive, structural and relational dimensions (α = 0.89), and; the questionnaire of Albrecht’s organizational intelligence which consisted of the dimensions of strategic insight, common destiny, spirit, alignment and homogeneity, the application of knowledge and the pressure of performance (α=0.84). The results of using the linear multivariate regression method and route analysis showed that there is a relationship between organizational intelligence and the dimensions of staff’s productivity. There is also a relationship between social capital and the dimensions of staff’s productivity. In the pattern of route analysis which was presented based on the variables of organizational intelligence and social capital, it is shown that these two variables affect the productivity and common destiny and structural capital which are the dimensions of organizational intelligence and social capital respectively have the highest effect on the staff’s productivity.
