Presenting the model of informational justice in Iran's government education system

Abstract :
The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of informational justice in Iran's public education using a qualitative method and the foundational data theory method. Data analysis was done using a three-step coding approach and on this basis categories were identified and a relationship between them was established through constant comparison. The participants of this research were specialists and experts in the educational system and educational management in the country. Purposive sampling and theoretical sampling were conducted in order to achieve theoretical saturation and with semi-structured interview technique with 35 experts in education and educational management of schools. The validity of the obtained model was measured using the CVR index, and the quality of the findings and categories obtained were approved by experts and university professors. The results of the research showed that the increasing desire for lean organization along with individual growth and development, egalitarian approaches as well as value-oriented in society as causal factors can affect information justice and in other words justify the necessity of information justice. The development of information systems and the establishment of collaborative management, as well as organizational culture, communication inefficiency, and ownership were recognized as background factors. The growth and development of information ethics, information clarification and institutional support are effective on information justice strategies in education. If informational justice in the original sense of the word is established in the educational system, we can witness consequences such as reducing organizational polarization, growing self-efficacy and perception of job suitability in the organization
