Entrepreneur University Model Design with Organizational Learning Approach (Case Study of Khorasan Razavi Free Universities

Abstract :
Thepurpose ofthis study was to design a model of entrepreneurial university with an organizational approachinthe freeuniversitiesofKhorasanRazavi.This research was conducted with a quantitative-qualitative(mixed)approach in terms of practical purpose and method of data collection.The statistical population in the qualitative part included experts in the field of entrepreneurship education or members of entrepreneurship centers and in the quantitative part were faculty members ofKhorasanRazaviFreeUniversities.The sampling method was qualitative in the qualitative part and simple random sampling in the quantitative part.In the first stage of the research, the Delphi questionnaire was developed in three rounds of dimensions and components based on the consensus of members.In the conceptual model of qualitative research after the end of the third round,the conceptual model of the research included22dimensions and34 components for the entrepreneur university variable and6dimensionsand6components for the organizational learning variable,which was a quantitative questionnaire.Findings of this study identified the dimensionsof entrepreneurial university and organizationallearning and the priority of each of them and the results of the conceptual model test showed that the dimensions of entrepreneurial university are the first priority of entrepreneurialleadership inthe university,the second priority of production center capability,respectively.Technologyisthe third priority to encourage and support entrepreneurs and the fourth priorityistoprovide entrepreneurial support measures.Dimensions of organizational learningarethefirstpriorityofteamworkandthesecondpriorityof strategy,respectively
