Identifying the Effective Factors on Human Resource Education in Islamic Azad University and Presenting a Desirable Model (Case study: Islamic Azad University of Tehran)

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting human resource training and provide a model for human resource training in Islamic Azad University. The research method was mixed (qualitative and quantitative). The qualitative stage was a descriptive survey using grounded theory and the quantitative stage was a descriptive survey. The statistical population was the qualitative stage of university experts and specialists who were selected using snowball sampling method to identify the components and indicators of human resource training and achieve a conceptual model. In the quantitative stage, it included all the staff of Islamic Azad University and 317 people were selected by stratified random sampling. The research tool in the qualitative part of the interview and in the quantitative part of the questionnaire has made the researcher that the collected data have been analyzed using t-test and structural equation modeling. Findings show that the current situation of factors affecting human resource education in the Islamic Azad University was below average and is very different from the desired situation. According to the model obtained in this study, the components of the course instructor with path coefficient (0. 683), nature and content of the course (0. 678), attitude and motivation (0. 631), space and environment of the course (0. 614), optimization (0. 594), organizational factors (0. 436), course approach and method (0. 381), follow-up measures (0. 370), have the greatest impact on human resource education in Islamic Azad University.
