Examining the Relationshib between Inventive Teaching and E-Learning in Persian Language and Literature Course (Case Study: Students of Humanities Departments of Islamic Azad University, Ghods Branch)

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between teachers' creative teaching and success in e-learning Persian language and literature courses to students from the perspective of students of humanities departments of Islamic Azad University, Ghods Branch in a descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population of the study is all associate, bachelor and master students of this university unit from which 358 people were randomly selected as a sample based on Cochran's formula. To collect the required data, the standard questionnaire of creative teaching and the questionnaire of factors affecting the success of e-learning tolerance et al. (2014) were used. After collecting and extracting the data, the collected data were analyzed using statistical formulas. SPSS24 statistical software was used for data analysis. The results showed that from the students 'point of view, there is a positive relationship between teachers' creative teaching and success in e-learning. The results of this study also showed that between each of the components of creative teaching, namely challenge, freedom, idea support, trust and confidence, debate, conflict, risk-taking, giving time to ideas, vitality and dynamism and happiness and natural humor with There is a relationship between success and e-learning.
