Abstract :
The purpose of this study was An exploration of the Organizational Structure of KarDanesh Conservatory of Tehran District 4 in order to Provide the right pattern. The research method is practical purpose and in terms of research methods was combined and Hybrid-type exploration projects. The statistical population in this study consists of two groups. The first group includes 10 active professionals in the Ministry of Education and the General Administration of Tehran Kardanesh branch (to collect quality data by Delphi method) and the second group includes, deputies and supervisors of Kardanesh vocational schools in Tehran's 4th district (to collect quantitative data). The data collection tool is a questionnaire. In order to confirm the validity, the content validity method has been used and approved by Lavoshe content validity ratio. In order to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire with Expert Choice software, the incompatibility rate is calculated and less than 0.1, so the reliability of the research questions is confirmed. In order to identify the components and characteristics of the organizational structure of vocational colleges in Tehran's 4th district and to rank them, the technique of hierarchical analysis with Expert Choice software has been used. According to the results and opinions of experts among the main components, planning and training process with a weight of 0.385 first place, improvement of financial resources through participation with a weight of 0.291 second place, goals and strategy with a weight of 0.245 third place Human resources management with a weight of 0.210 ranks fourth, technology with a weight of 0.178 ranks fifth, dimensions and size of the organization with a weight of 0.152 ranks sixth and task allocation (activity) with a weight of 0.128 ranks seventh in order to provide a model Appropriately earned.
