Identifying the dimensions and components of organizational agility in education and training based on information technology approach in a process model

Abstract :
This research is among the applied-developmental researches in terms of purpose and nature. In this paper, according to the purpose of the research, the combined method has been used through a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the qualitative method, the Delphi technique and in terms of quantitative methods of data collection, the descriptive survey method was used. The qualitative statistical population consisted of Delphi experts, 17 of whom were selected, and the interview continued until the stage of theoretical saturation. The statistical population of the quantitative part includes all employees of education departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province (headquarters-administration) in the 2018-19 academic year, which includes 1503 people. According to Krejcie and Morgan table, 274 people were selected as the statistical sample size. The data collection tool of this research is a researcher-made questionnaire. The results of this study have shown that the data have a good fit with the factor structure and theoretical basis of the research, and this indicates that the research questions are in line with theoretical structures. Also, information technology, accountability, competence, integrity, teamwork and speed and knowledge management play a role in increasing organizational agility of employees, among which the variables of information technology, accountability, speed and teamwork have the most role and variables of knowledge management, integrity, flexibility and competence have the least role in increasing the organizational agility of employees.
