Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to design a model of cultural security in sustainable development. The research method is applied in terms of purpose, descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method and mixed (quantitative-qualitative) in terms of data type. The statistical population in the qualitative section (interview section) includes 15 experts and specialists familiar with cultural security issues in the Ministry of Science who were selected by purposive sampling. The statistical society in a quantitative part includes experts and managers of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology in 2019-2020 who are well acquainted with the subject of research. A total of 226 people were selected as the sample size using the sample size calculation in structural equations and random sampling method. The research tools in the qualitative section include interviews and data foundation theorizing methods, and to ensure its validity, the opinions of professors and university administrators who were experts in this field were used. In the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. In this study, 3 questionnaires were used. The first questionnaire is used to identify and determine the dimensions and components of cultural security and sustainable development, the second questionnaire is used to assess the current and desirable status of cultural security in sustainable development. The third questionnaire is used to check and determine the validity of the model. Expert judgment and a comprehensive review of the literature have been used to assess the external validity of the questionnaire through experimental implementation, content validity and construct validity. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was also used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. Data analysis was performed in the qualitative part of the research through coding, and in the quantitative part in both descriptive and inferential areas, exploratory factor analysis test was used to identify the components in the first questionnaire, and paired t-test was used to assess the current and desired status. Single sample t-test was used to determine the degree of pattern fit through SPSS and LISREL software. The findings showed that economic, social, environmental, political and national-religious factors were identified as factors of cultural security in sustainable development.
