In the quantitative part, the statistical community included 905 teachers of Elementary schools in Tehran throughout the country. Samples were selected in a qualitative part with purposeful sampling. In order to estimate the required sample size in the quantitative part of the study, sample size was used in structural equation modeling and 310 individuals were selected as multi-stage cluster sampling. In the qualitative part, half-structured interviews were used and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire was used. Reliability and validity of the study tools were meseared and they all were midified. The method of data analysis in the qualitative part of the theoretical coding was derived from the method of data theorizing. In the quantitative part, descriptive and inferential statistics (tests such as Pearson correlation, confirmatory factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis) were used.
