Abstract :
The realization of the document of fundamental change in education and its future trend is one of the important issues that lack of knowledge and attention to the factors affecting it can have very destructive consequences for society. The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the realization of the document of fundamental change in education using the fuzzy Dimtel روش method. Data were collected from experts who were selected through purposive sampling. After identifying the factors affecting the realization of the document of fundamental change in education from the background of the subject, fuzzy dimethyl technique was used to analyze the situation of causal relationships between these factors. The results showed that out of 13 factors extracted from the literature, 6 factors are the realization of the document of fundamental change in education and making constructive changes in it can lead to more serious changes to improve the document of fundamental change in education. . The index of educational executive programs has the greatest impact on other factors affecting the realization of the document of fundamental change in education. The efficiency index of the evaluation process of teachers and teachers has the highest level of effectiveness among other factors affecting the realization of the document of fundamental change in education. It is inferred that the executive programs of education and the efficiency of the evaluation process of teachers and teachers are the most fundamental factors influencing the realization of the document of fundamental transformation of education and making constructive changes in it can be Lead more serious and effective changes in improving the realization of the document of fundamental change in education.
