Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to Predicting the role of electronic capabilities and transparency of the organization on the realization of a dual-purpose organization through synergy and documenting the experiences of employees in sports and youth departments of Tehran province. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical population was 650 employees of sports and youth departments of Tehran province (total number) and a statistical sample of 172 people was selected by random stratification method. The research tool are standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability were confirmed. Using statistical software, the structural equations of the relationships between the variables were investigated and the research model was investigated. The results showed that electronic readiness (respectively with coefficients of 0.43, 0.31 and 0.23) has a significant effect on documenting experiences, employee synergy and organizational ambivalence. Also, organizational transparency has a direct and significant effect on documenting experiences, employee synergy, and organizational ambivalence (with coefficients of 0.71, 0.46, and 0.72, respectively). The test of indirect relationships showed that the indirect effect of electronic readiness on organizational ambivalence is significant through the mediating path of experience documentation (0.31) and employee synergy (0.28). Therefore, improving the organizational transparency of sports and youth departments can lead to higher performance when integrated with the human resource management system.
