Abstract :
AbstractThe purpose of this study is to investigate the moderating role of entrepreneurial leadership in the relationship between intellectual agility and organizational innovation of sports and youth departments in Kurdistan province. The research method was descriptive in nature and applied in the field in terms of purpose. The study population consisted of 121 employees of the province's sports and youth departments. According to Morgan's table, 111 people were selected as the sample size by random sampling method. To collect data from Zamptakis, Mustakis, Shepherd-Associates and Jafarnejad-standard questionnaires, the Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to evaluate the reliability of the questionnaire items and the combined reliability index and reliability index were used. In order to statistically analyze the collected data, Spss software version 20 and Smart pls version 2 were used. Findings of this study showed that intellectual agility has a significant relationship (19.754) on organizational innovation and also entrepreneurial leadership has a moderating role (2.403) on the relationship between intellectual agility and innovation. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that the presence of entrepreneurial leadership reduces the effect of intellectual agility on innovation; Also, the tendency to change employees and the cost of creating an active environment have a negative moderating effect and the strategic perspective has a positive moderating effect on the relationship between intellectual agility and innovation in Kurdistan Sports and Youth Departments. Increases organizational innovation.
