Abstract :
Ahmad Shamlū (1925-2000), famous Iranian contemporary poet, is concerned with the themes of life and death in his poems. His poetty is filled with various images of life and death, and indeed, in his poems, poetical meditations on man and humanity are linked with the same concepts. Based on these poetical meditations, the article tries to show Shamlū's ideas about man, creation, and life and death.
