Improving productivity in Islamic governance by the model of reducing social loafing in remote work organizations

Abstract :
The realization of Islamic governance in the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran requires a productive government in which institutions and organizations simultaneously increase the use of technological infrastructure and reduce counterproductive behaviors such as social loafing. The research is descriptive from the point of view and from the point of view of applied methodology and it was carried out using a mixed method, in qualitative part of content analysis, interviews with 20 academic and organizational experts, and in the quantitative part of the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method and a questionnaire used. The statistical population of the quantitative part was experts of the Informatics Service Corporation of the Central Bank's technology arm. Maxqda software was used in qualitative data analysis, and SPSS and PLS software and path analysis, regression and structural equations were used in the quantitative part. The qualitative and quantitative data analysis of the research was to achieve 5 dimensions of organization, behavior, management systems, culture and goals/strategy. Utilizing the results of the exploratory model of this research can lead to the reduction of social unemployment in remote working organizations and at the same time increase productivity which is one of the requirements of Islamic governance.
