Abstract :

Design and validation of professional organization model in National Iranian Oil Company with Islamic-Iranian progress.This research is applied in terms of purpose and the data were collected as an exploratory mixture using the foundation and field data method. In the qualitative part, based on the data method of the foundation, the required data were collected and analyzed through 18 interviews, and in the quantitative part, the data were collected in the field. Cochran's formula was randomly selected as the sample. Data were analyzed using SPSS software and Smart PLS structural equation software.Findings showed that the model of professional organization in the National Iranian Oil Company has 19 main categories and 66 sub-categories in the form of contextual conditions, intervening factors, causal factors, strategies and consequences, which are based on the results of estimating structural equations, factor load and statistics. T, causal conditions had a significant effect on the main category and this category on strategies and strategies had a significant effect on the consequences and intervening and contextual conditions on the strategies.
