        Internet as a new channel for economic exchanges has provided new sources for income andopportunity for businesses. It has changed customer's expectations about speed, accuracy, andprice and services basically. Awareness of expectations and demands of electronic customershas significant role in their satisfaction and survival of such businesses. Therefore in thisinvestigation, measures affecting on electronic shopping has been identified by library studiesand reviewing previous researches and interview. Then the most significant items were chosenby Delphi Fuzzy method and Questionnaire were distributed among customers of an internetshop with 5-Likret spectrum .by using collected data of 120 Questionnaires, measures affectingelectronic shopping on customers point of view were prioritized. Finally, some suggestionswere offered based on results in order to enhance customers' satisfaction level and Iraniancustomer tendency to buy from electronic shops.Hope such investigations in Iran make a suitable bed for spreading internet businesses in thiscountry.         In the modern world the discrepancy between labour and employees’ private life is a matterof concern to many organizations and communities. The imbalance caused by long work hourshas limited the time that the employees could allocate to their families (Giddens, 2008). In thelong run the undesirable work conditions bring about a high stress level as well asdissatisfaction in the workforce. The other negative impacts are frequent absence, physical andmental failures, lack of motivation, low productivity, aggravated living standard, and in somecases the firing of the affected employees. In the recent decades the managers andadministrators have realized the need for utilizing a set of policies that address this drawbackthrough reducing stress level in the workplaces, which in turn leads to higher productivity in themodern organizations.The present study focused on the impact of “Job Sharing” strategy implemented in theMinistry of Labour and Social Affairs as a flexible work pattern leading to work and livingbalance. The statistical population consisted of 276 employees selected through categorizedrandom sampling. The methodology was quantative and a standardized questionnaire was usedto collect data which were tested by applying single sample K-square. The four major factors inthe current research were the followings:• Job Satisfaction• Job Motivation• Job Stress• Living StandardThe findings of the study indicated that there would be a positive correlation between jobsharing and labour and living balance.         Even though Spiritual Intelligence sounds familiar, most people have never heard the termand they may be confusing SQ with spirituality.Dealing with one of the newest concepts in the area of humanities, this article is unique, inthat not only it involves a new approach to the notion of spirituality, but it links spiritualIntelligence to management concepts for the first time in Iran.This research surveys the relationship between spiritual intelligence (SQ) and organizationalcommitment. The participants are workers in Khorasan Razavi Gas Company. The gathereddata was analyzed using SPSS software and the research questions were tested. The resultsshowed that workers' SQ had a positive correlation with their affective commitment. The modelquestionnaire administration used in this research is ISIS (Integrated Spiritual IntelligenceScale, 2007 release) and for organizational commitment, Allen and Meyer's model was used.         This study is about the effect of Organizational Commitment upon Turneover of personnel.Statistic Social in this research is the personnel of M.C.Pars company and statical sample isconsist of 196 emploees from social organization. Allen & Meyer model have been used Inanalysis of organizational commitment, beside using Thomlinson & Jenkins model in analysingturneover of personnel and also Spearman correlation Test has been used for analysis datas andhypothesis test of research. LISREL software was used to make our conceptual model so thatbringing a goodness of fit embracing measuring the variables through confirmatory factoranalysis methodology and defining the relationships among variables by using structuralequation and casual models. In attention to the conclusions of the basic hypothesis of researchand subsidiary hypothesis are indicate that the meaningful negative correlation betweenOrganizational Commitment and its components: Affective commitment, Continuancecommitment and Normative commitment with Turneover of personnel. Also the second basichypothesis of research results showed inbetween components Organizational Commitment,Affective commitment has the most significant negative effect on Turneover.         The aim of establishing the electronic government is offer an easygoing and fastgovernmental services to citizens and affairs.So it is advisable that governments as a first stepfor pitch the electronic government,establish and support the internet,collective and groupwaressystems .On the other hand providing easier and faster interactions with custumers and affairs toelectronical services and payment the received services from them,need to creation anddevelopment of electronic banking as a one of the most important fundamentals of electronicgovernment.This research attempt to verify the applications of establishment of electronicgovernment in electronic banking section from view point of services executors for clarifyingthe electronical services,amount of responsiveness to citizens expectations, paperwork and thepercent of citizen trust for utilization of electronical services.In current article , the surveymethod is used and 92 subjects from Refah Karegaran Bank base managers are selected as astatistical sample for poll.Findings show that first of all with development of electronic bankingthe percent of government responsiveness to citizens,their trust to government has increased andofficial formality has decreased so hence of clarity in presenting the governmental servicessystem wasn't approved.         The present study means to design a model for accreditation of Islamic Azad University whichis essential for quality assurance and improvement in the age of super complexity ofmultiversity in the third millennium. The review of history of higher education revealed lack ofany pattern for accreditation in Iran. The purpose of the study was to design a pattern foraccreditation of IAU and attempted on obviating this shortcoming. The study adopted adescriptive method and a survey design. The population of the presidents of universities,teaching assistants, deans and department administrators and faculty members of the 796 peopleworking at the Islamic Azad University were included. 260 people were selected based onMorgan & Kerjeci tables. The participants were selected using stratified random sampling. Bothlibrary and field studies were conducted to collect the data. In order to collect field data, aresearcher-made questionnaire was developed that included 28 items on a 7-point Likert scale.Collected data was classified in SPSS environment and confidence coefficient was calculated byCronbach Alpha method(0/83) .The proposed pattern was approved by 91/2 percent of therespondents and faculty members 96/1 percent (very suitable). Therefore, regarding results andtheir approval by previous researches and available theories, we could conclude that submittedframework have theoretical & empirical support and enough validity, so its implementationwas suggested for Islamic Azad University units.         Preface and the aim of research: this research has an obvious question: “how will be the future ofmedia management” which can be more cleared by another question: “How will be the managementof future media”, why current media constantly alternating what seems to have taken on thetraditional media which have become part of history. And these two questions immediately willchallenge us with this thought that “Future media, themself how would be”. Afterwards withcontemplation on this notion as well as through the enterprise architecture will figure out that "thishow" will be including “Form, Content and infrastructure”.In the other hand, modality of future of media management or how will be the management offuture media will have been defined by defining form, content and also infrastructure of futuremedia.Methodology of research: Based on survey Methodology, this study can be classified asdescriptive research and to do it, through library research methodology and Internet, with takingperspectives of approximately 500 specialists in communications, media, Futures Study, and ICTfields, Delphi method was used.Results (Findings): in this research, by redefining media and showing the developing relations ofsocial and public media in addition six stages of “Media transformation”, supplementation oftraditional media with digital dimensions, modality of producing new method by new form andcontent and finally necessity and expectations of the media audiences, it is specified which “There isno possibility of survival for traditional media” and “in next generation of media (future media) anew form and content must be presented”. Also, characteristics of "this new form and content" havebeen provided in "future media".Amongst essential features which were found in this research can be noted “Mandatorycontinuous change and definite destruction of form and content of the current traditional media,becoming "multi-format & hyper" all media products, eliminate of time and place of receive andbroadcast, production and broadcasting on demand, COD & POD ( Cast On Demand and ProduceOn Demand), Accompany or mobility, Interactive, cyber, Cyborg, CybHuOrg, Socializing,Intelligent, and Being Based on Apps, and dozens of other features extracted from "form andcontent".Furthermore, concepts such as PGPC (Private, Governmental, Public, and CooperationalManagement (that it is the structure of future media’s Owning. Architectural Model of Content,Global mobile media / GMM, Social Mass media / SMM, etc.Conclusions: In this study by using different Enterprise Architecture and business models, themost efficient possible model has been suggested and identified which future of media means thefuture of "the form, content, and infrastructure ".Hence, clearly shown that media management is managing these three areas.
