Abstract :
The general purpose of the current research was to design a model for attracting and retaining financial sponsors and benefactors and friends of athletes in women's sports. The current research was a qualitative research with thematic analysis approach. Also, this research is based on the classification of research based on the goal, in a fundamental-exploratory way. The statistical community of this research was made up of the vice-presidents of championship sports, public sports, women's sports, finance and human resources of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, elected managers of women's premier league clubs in the number of 5 people and active benefactors in the field of women's sports, which are about 20 people in total. Includes the snowball sampling method continued until theoretical saturation was reached. After the interview, selective coding, central and open codes were extracted and then the qualitative paradigm of the research was presented. The pattern of attracting and maintaining financial sponsors and benefactors and friends of sportsmen in women's sports consisted of 4 categories (supporting and sports platforms, structural and organizational factors, cultural and social factors, motivational factors), 9 secondary concepts and 66 primary concepts.
