Presenting a model of financial repression management process in professional football in Iran

Abstract :
The present research was carried out with the aim of Presenting a model of financial repression management process in professional football in Iran. The research method was qualitative. The statistical population of the current research in the qualitative part included people who are aware of the research topic. In order to identify these samples, the purposeful sampling method was used. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 12 people were selected as samples in the qualitative section. To select the samples of the qualitative section; Attention was paid to research, executive and academic records as selection criteria. The research tool included semi-structured interviews. The validity and reliability of the tool was examined using qualitative methods of validity and reliability and finally it was evaluated as favorable. In order to analyze the data, coding and thematic analysis method were used. The results showed that the dimensions and components of financial repression management in Iranian professional football have 3 overarching themes, 10 organizing themes and 67 basic themes. The results showed that in the way of managing financial repression in Iranian professional football, there is a need to implement counter policies such as unity of action, competitive tools, regulatory systems, legal issues and managerial transformation. In other words, paying attention to counter policies can be a platform to achieve the expected Outputs in financial issues.
