Identifying Strategies to Promote Iraq's Sport for all based on Sustainable Development

Abstract :
The purpose of the current research is to identify the strategies for the promotion of Iraqi public sports based on sustainable development. Therefore, in this research, by using a qualitative approach and interviewing 19 Iraqi sports experts (university professors of physical education and sports sciences, sports coaches, senior managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and heads of sports federations in Iraq) to identify strategies for promoting public sports. The country of Iraq was paid. The sampling method was purposeful and judgmental. Also, based on the results of qualitative data analysis from the interview; The axes of political, economic, social, technological, legal and environmental links on the promotion of public sports based on the sustainable development of Iraq were revealed by including 103 open codes in the identification of strategies for the promotion of public sports in Iraq based on sustainable development. Therefore, based on the results of the research, we can conclude that by following the standards in sports infrastructure, drafting the law on allocating the percentage of corporate taxes directly to sports and drafting the law on the share of sports from the sale of oil revenues, we can witness the promotion of public sports in Iraq.
