Abstract :
Background and purpose: Today, the activity of organizations and especially educational organizations in the current competitive environment requires dynamism and dynamism, and these organizations must turn to innovation and continuous changes for their survival and dynamism. the purpose of this research is study of organizational inertia with social wear thorgh social laziness in physical education teachers in Mamsani and Rostam cities. Research method: This research is applied and descriptive and correlational. The statistical population of this research was all the physical education teachers of Mamsani and Rostam cities, numbering 87 people, of which 77 people cooperated with the researcher as a sample and by sampling the total number. The data collection tools were Gokin and Ankaran's standard organizational inertia questionnaires (2008), Duffy et al.'s social wear (2002) and Hosseini's social laziness (2008). Descriptive statistics methods were used to describe the data, and Pearson's correlation coefficient and regression statistical methods were used to analyze the data. Findings:The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between organizational inertia and social attrition and social laziness, and organizational inertia has the ability to significantly predict the social wear and social laziness of the subjects. Conclusion: Therefore, it is better to try to reduce organizational inertia in this organization in order to reduce wear and tear and social laziness, so that the organization has better efficiency and effectiveness.
