Abstract :

Considering the beginning of the phenomenon of aging in the world and the special planning of the world in this area, in Iran, since the 8th decade of policy making in this area, and since the 90s, aging has been a serious topic in Iran. Emdad (reh) of the Ministry of Health, Behzai organization, Imaman organization... have become the guardian organizations of this field. Secondary data analysis technique has been obtained and analyzed The findings of the research show that, based on the global aging monitoring indicators, the aging situation in Iran is far from global indicators and standards, and in some indicators, this gap is so large that it can be called a gap. Kurd. The analysis of why this situation generally points to the lack of coherence in welfare programs. According to the findings of the research, suggestions have been made to improve the performance of old age programs in Iran.
