Abstract :

New technologies have created a space called cyberspace. This space is not virtual, but completely real, and man has simulated all the phenomena of the real space of his life in this space. This space brings together individuals and international actors and brings together political and economic structures of a cyber nature, without any geographical distance, so that countries, intergovernmental organizations and multinationals interact with each other without any intermediate borders. In fact, we are witnessing the hegemony of cyberspace over all aspects of human life. This study explains the concept of power in cyberspace in the international space.
