Developing the social security rights in the context of the right to development

Abstract :

Today, the development and its various dimensions are one of the most important issues in domestic and international arena. This issue has particular importance because it relates to another issue, including human rights. Consider the development as human rights and appearance of the "right to development" as an example of the third generation of human rights and on the other hand, progressive of the developing and the Third World countries in claiming this right emphasized the human dimension of development and created the concept of human development which all human are entitle to participate, collaborate and enjoy from various aspects of human security with it such as economic, social, cultural and political security and through this, all their fundamental rights and freedoms will be achieved. The right to social security is not only one example of the second generation of human rights, but also protects people against sudden and perilous disturbances such as aging, sickness, disability and death. Therefore, this right Affected by the concept of right to development and human development. In this research, while considering to the right to development, the human development, the human security and the social security rights, has been studied and analyzed available capacity on the right to development for developing the social security right.
