Abstract :
Abstract The cultural diversity in Iran and the face of Iranian culture with the phenomenon of globalization are two basic cultural necessities as a desirable management model. The phenomenon of globalization and the all-round development of communication technologies have brought different cultural aspects of Iran into contact with new foreign cultures, so that the native cultures, in order to survive in the current world, face other cultures. Unfamiliar cultures need to adopt a logical approach and need a suitable model to communicate and interact with the cultures of other countries and nations that can respect the cultural values of other nations while preserving their own cultural values. and recognize and make good use of them. This research aims to investigate cultural diversity in the Shia religion and UNESCO. According to the UNESCO convention, cultural diversity means the existence of diverse patterns, practices, lifestyles and value systems among social groups within the geographical boundaries of a country that naturally interact and co-exist with each other. The findings of the research show that in the Shia religion, this declaration faces some limitations. In an Islamic society that is supposed to be governed by the provisions of the Sharia, not all cultural communities have equal opportunities, but it often happens that the obligee is faced with the necessity of jurisprudential coexistence. Importantly, non-opposition to Islam, non-contradiction with public interests and non-contradiction with the rights of others are considered for cultural diversity.
