Abstract :
One of the main issues that are seriously considered in jurisprudence and principles is the issue of reputation. At the same time, the initial impression is that the reputation is credible or not, in many cases, reputation has been relied upon and trusted. But in principles, as they have said about consensus, student consensus or consensus in the meaning of one of the Arba'ah arguments is not mentioned in independent principles, reputation is also not registered under an independent title in fiqh and principles. Sheikh Ansari, in the discussion of the authority of news, has discussed the reputation of the same as the transferable consensus in the direction of registration under the authority of news, that too only the reputation of a fatwa. "Reputation" is one of the topics that are discussed in the topic of Emirates and Sharia Hajj. In the word, fame is used to mean opening, spreading, spreading, appearing, rising. For example, when someone pulls his sword out of its scabbard, the Arab says: "Shahr Sifa" means he showed or raised his sword. In the old days, most of the jurists looked at consensuses and reputations as signs and directions, in this period, some jurists ignore them. The extreme acceptance of reputation and consensus in the past, to some extent, has prevented jurisprudence from the open air of rationality in the two areas of interpreting texts and determining rulings in non-scripted cases, and vice versa; Today, little attention to reputation and consensus has faced jurisprudence with the danger of being separated from some principles and roots. Yesterday's cutting from a part of the basic rationality, and today's cutting from a part of the roots and frameworks of fiqh al-tafari, are two sides of the same coin. so; It is necessary to examine its reputation, position and works.
