Designing a suitable model for the well-being and health of employees using a hybrid approach

Abstract :
Introduction: In today's competitive markets, maintaining experienced, seasoned and quality employees is always one of the constant concerns of any organization that wants to achieve competitive advantages and a greater share of the market. Using a hybrid approach. Methods: The current research was qualitative in nature and practical in terms of purpose, which was done using the metacomposite method and the seven-step model of Sandelovski and Barroso (2007) all domestic and foreign scientific-research articles indexed in valid databases in the period Persian articles from 1390 to 1402 and foreign articles from 2010 to 2023 were examined, and after preliminary studies and screening of articles by the researcher, a set of indicators related to the purpose, compilation and initial checklist including the study of 53 articles, 6 dimensions, 38 components it was prepared. Results: 6 dimensions were identified using the metacombination method and using the model of Sandelovski and Barroso (2007). Factors affecting the well-being and health of luxury employees were identified and confirmed according to experts, and these factors are: financial well-being, occupational well-being, social well-being, physical well-being, legal well-being and demographic factors were identified as effective dimensions. Conclusion: Considering the importance of employees' well-being and health, we have focused on improving their performance and capabilities. This approach helps us take advantage of our diversity and deep understanding of our employees' individual needs and then deliver programs to promote their well-being and health.
