Abstract :
It is necessary to investigate various stratums of Iranian society in past erasin order to know that society and the acts of its social groups. Thisknowledge wouldn’t accomplish unless paying attention to contemplate onslavery’s situation – such as Slave-girls and Servants who were dwelling inthat society plentifully.“Did the mentioned Slave girls have any changeable social position?”, inorder to answer to this question, this essay takes a look at the situation ofsuch social groups on Mughul-Īlkhānān period and verifies the ways of theacquisition of Slave-girls, their situation and special affairs, their functionsin Iranian society of that period, judicial laws and rules relevant to them, andtheir achievement to liberty.
