With the rise of the Safavid dynasty and the unification of Iran, for the first time since the end of the Sassanid rule, the creation of national and ethnic unity was an inevitable necessity that the alert Safavid kings were well aware of its importance and devoted all their efforts in this direction. . As it has been mentioned, this action has been more prominent during the mourning rituals of Ashura and Nowruz as the most prominent religious and national rituals, but other daily events and small occasions also have their own customs and rules and instructions and a At one point, they opened themselves in the middle of the popular culture and got stuck in it and remained.
