The beginning of the formation of Islamic civilization in North Africa and Spain wasconquered by the Arab conquerors (during the seventh and eighth seventh centuries),conquering the lands of North Africa and Wales. It is one of the major events in thehistory of the first century, causing interconnections between Europe, Africa and AsiaDuring the course of 800 years, the transfer of Islamic culture was used; in the meantime,it should not ignore the role of »Moses bin Nozayr's « and his tributary, and hiscommander (Tariq bin Zayd), one of the most holy Muslim commanders of the firstcentury AH .
