Abstract The Islamic Andalusia with an area of around 570.78 kilometers is located in the Iberia Peninsula beside Mediterranean Sea which the Muslims occupied Spain in Rajab (the seventh Arabic lunar month) of 92 (lunar year) and divided it into five regions based on the previous division at the time of Romans and Gutis. By the time of admission of Islamic in Spain, the appearance of the Spain gradually looked like the Islamic cities under the influence of Islamic architecture. Consequently there came stage of ignorant exit of the cities toward Islamic cities in the Andalusia in the Spain of the Islamic Era. The Iberia peninsula experienced nine-hundred years of Islamic architecture which had emigrated to Egypt, Levant, and Africa from Iran and had been combined with Guti architecture and culture in Andalusia captured Andalusia style of the Islamic Era. The style has an independent cultural feature in about 500 cities of Andalusia. According to Shahidi Pak in "Analytical History of Andalusia" the civil changes in Spain beginning with the change of the city, name, led to the changes in the people's nature, language, behavior, food, and wearing. In most of the cities of the five regions the traces of Islamic civilization such as architecture and some traditions are represented in it. The architecture of the newly-built buildings as well as the music and the musical instruments in these cities are extremely similar to the Arabic ones. The current research aims to introduce one of the cities of the Islamic Spain called Zaragoza and to investigates the geographical situation, government and religious in the Feudal families of Banu Tujibii and Banu Hood as well as the cultural and civil situation of Zaragoza based on the works of Shahidi Pak.
