In this article, the author tries to study the jurisprudential-legal questions of the Pahlavi text of the questions (Pursišnīhā), which is one of the valuable texts of Middle Persian, pay attention to importance of legal issues in the Zoroastrian religion. The legal questions raised depict a society whose laws are based on the Avesta Bible as well as the sayings of religious leaders such as Āzarbād Mārspand.
