Abstract :
The dawn of Islam in the Arabian Peninsula and the expansion of conquests in Iran provided the basis for the establishment of Iranian immigrants in the cities of Basra and Kufa. Prior to the battle of Qadisiyah, a number of Iranians were separated from the Sassanid Corps and joined the Muslims. This group, along with another group of Sassanid troops, named Amaram, resided in the two cities of Basra and Kufa, and played an important role in the cultural and developmental developments of the two cities. The purpose of the research is to investigate the role of Iranian immigrants in both Basra and Kufa. There has been no research in Farsi or non -Persian so far, and the study of the description method with analysis seeks to answer these two basic questions that first Iranians settled in the newly established Iraqi cities(Basra, Kufa), and secondly, immigrants What role did they play in the cultural and political developments of Iraq and the Muslim world?
