Abstract :
The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of Jihadi management on the effectiveness of treating patients with corona virus with regard to the mediating role of motivation in the hospital staff of Yasouj. and the treatment staff of hospitals in Yasuj city who were active in the treatment of patients with corona virus. Some of these employees were selected by stratified random sampling method. The collection tool includes three questionnaires by Qaraei and Pour Sadegh (2018) to measure jihadist (religious) management. and ethical, managerial and organizational), effectiveness questionnaire and Herzberg's motivation questionnaireThe reliability of these tools was checked by Cronbach's alpha method and composite reliability and its validity was checked by means of content validity, average variance extraction and confirmatory factor analysis. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used with SPSS software version 22 and structural equation modeling with AMOS software. The results showed that the variables of motivation, jihadi management (managerial and organizational) were able to account for 48% of the variance of the effectiveness structure. And jihadi management variables (managerial, organizational and moral religious) explained 61% of the variance of the motivation structureIt was found that the organizational variable of Jihadi management has the greatest effect on effectiveness in treatment, and the religious and moral variables, managerial and motivational variables of Jihadi management have an effect on effectiveness in treatment, respectively. The medical staff can be successful in preventing and treating this disease with jihadi management.
