Performance Evaluation on state banks using DEA

Abstract :
This article has been tried using the DEA to review the performance of ten banks with the government in their approach to human resources. Accordingly, personal costs and per capita deposits and assets of the bank employes as inputs and resulting per capita incom against the activities of each bank for each employee as the system output is considerd indicators specified for the year 1382-1386 is considerd. The result suggests that the iranian government said that banks in the range of returns to scale are increasing return to scale, shows that economic justification is that these units to develop their own activities. According to the principle of microeconomics in this case the marginal and average production curves have an ascending trend and these fore economic unit in the optium scale of production donot act. This mean that marginal ad average cost of long-term down trend it. These fore since the banks in this study had investigated process with returns to scale scale and this would show the scale and impact of bank size efficient on its scale and itself.
