Abstract :

The main goal of the present study is to identify and analyze the relationbetween Financial Ratios and Stock Return of the Pharmaceutical firmslisted in Tehran Stock Exchange. To do this we take the financial ratios asindependent variable and pharmaceutical stock return as dependentvariable, our hypothesis is:There is a meaningful relation between the financial ratios and stockreturns. The model is derived by using regression and correlation methodsfor period of 1380-1384.Our findings show that there is a simultaneous weak but positivemeaningful relation between all kind of financial ratios and stock returns ofpharmaceutical firms listed in Tehran stock exchange.
