Abstract :
Purpose: The purpose of this research was to present a financial technology (Fintech) evaluation model in the bank's institutional environment. With the ever-increasing advancement of technologies and the increasing need of banks to improve financial processes, these evaluations are considered as a vital tool to ensure the optimal and stable performance of banks. Method: In this research, using the opinion of experts, indicators, components and dimensions of the evaluation model of financial technologies (Fintech) were identified in the institutional environment of the bank. Regarding the method of extracting these indicators, it should be noted that this was done by examining the existing theoretical foundations and implementing the text of the interviews using Brown and Clark's theme analysis method in the ATLAS TI software. In this regard, interviews were conducted with 20 bank experts until theoretical saturation, then the text of the interviews was analyzed using coding. Findings: 104 primary themes, 17 first-level constructive themes and 5 second-level constructive themes have been identified. Topics include performance management, fintech efficiency in the banking industry, customer identification, fintech implementation infrastructure, bank goals and planning based on fintech.
