Which shows the high accuracy of the measurement tools used in this study. In order to analyze the data, according to the objectives of the research, SPSS23 and AMOS23 software were used in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics.
Findings: According to the results of confirmatory factor analysis of the research model, the relationships between explicit variables (items) With hidden variables (dimensions of development of vocational technical education in education) And the standard coefficients (factor loads) of each question were confirmed
Conclusion: In other words, a proposed model for the development of vocational technical training for the Iranian education system The present study includes 7 dimensions of interaction (communication), supportive, educational, economic, managerial, attitude and research with the mentioned sub-components.
