It consisted of the population of the study. In group fields, there were 150 footballers, 110 students in volleyball, and 110 students in handball. Applying Morgan table, and simple interval sampling method, 72, 60, and 60 were chosen respectively. In order to collect the data, Arnold, Hboss, and Markperi'd aggression questionnaire was used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the degree of aggression of the athletes and their sport field. There is less aggression in group sports than individual ones. So, exercise decreases the degree of aggression, especially in group sports. Providing students with chances to do group exercises in schools has positive effect in reducing their verbal and physical aggression.
