Abstract :
Recognizing and managing incentive factors and improving communication plays an important role in the development of employee efficiency. However, the importance of these factors has not been studied in project-based organizations. The purpose of this paper is to identify effective factors in improving the efficiency of staff in project-based organizations as an important parameter, especially in developing countries. In order to achieve this goal, a conceptual model has been designed and analyzed through studying existing status methods and a structured questionnaire. The results are analyzed using the method of structural equation modeling using AMOS software and finally the results are discussed. In this research, the effect of organizational factors on employee performance improvement has been investigated based on a conceptual model consisting of three development management, performance management and reward management and communication management structures. The results showed that all three constructs have a meaningful and positive effect on the efficiency of employees and 86% of the human resource efficiency improvement can be explained by them. In the meantime, development management with an impact of .472 units is the most effective factor in improving employee productivity.
