Improving Organizational Citizenship Behaviors by Creating Favorable Organizational Climate

Abstract :
The present study examines the role of climate in relation to creating an environment for increased organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the management of Social Security in Western Azerbaijan province, with the aim of functional and descriptive correlational. Data collection was just Library athletics. Data needed to help complete the organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior were collected. The study consisted of all employees in the management of social security organization West Azerbaijan were 700 people using 248 samples were selected Morgan Questionnaire designed by simple random sampling were available to them. In this study the techniques of descriptive statistics and inferential statistical techniques such as t-test and test a structural equation model was used to analyze the data and test hypotheses. The main research question was: "Is the organizational climate and the organizational citizenship behavior correlated? " The results showed that the 5 organizational, 4 the effectiveness of communication, consent and agree on procedures, clarity of roles and clarity of goals with organizational citizenship behavior, but the relationship between the satisfaction of reward and organizational citizenship behavior relationship was not found. In total between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior SSO West Azerbaijan Province, there is a significant correlation and model of research in terms of indicators RMSEA, AGFI, GFI was in good condition.
