Abstract :
The present research aims to investigate the impact of organizational justice on organizational commitment by focusing on the intermediacy role of organizational trust. The present research in terms of method is a descriptive research and considering the aim, is operational. Statistical population for this research is the employees of state offices in south part of West Azarbaijan province which by using a random sampling and Cochran's formula we chose 322 people as the capacity of the sample. Data collection tools standardized questionnaires organizational justice, organizational commitment, organizational trust, Due to the possibility of returned questionnaires, 350 questionnaires were distributed. The population of people responded to the questionnaire. After answering samples were collected questionnaires. We analyzed the information by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with SPSS and LISREL software. The results of this research showed that organizational justice, other than having a direct effect can affect the organizational commitment indirectly by the organizational trust.
