Abstract :
research has a quantitative approach and is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the research included the Social Security Organization and the statistical sample consisted of two groups of experts and employees (260 people). The tool used to collect data was a researcher-made questionnaire that was distributed among the statistical sample as a simple random sampling. For data analysis, the technique of structural equations and structural interpretation in the form of SmartPLS and MATLAB software have been used. The results showed that out of 35 components identified from the theoretical foundations and experts' suggestions, 23 components were removed from the model and after performing the three-step Delphi technique, theoretical saturation was achieved on 12 components. Also, the results showed that the model test in a larger statistical sample is also significant and the components of work autonomy (β=0.756), delegation of authority (β=0.664) and attraction and selection of the department (β=0.632) have established a high correlation with the main concept. are Also, in the interpretative structural part, it was determined that the social status variable is the most effective and the career turnover and system thinking variables are the most effective factors. Therefore, according to the obtained results, it can be said that adopting measures that lead to increasing the experience and scope of the employees can facilitate the achievement of high performance human resources management in the social security organization in addition to strengthening the social dignity of the employees.
