Abstract :
regarding the broad effects of personal factors related to political behavior as well as organizational silence in the management of political behavior of bank personnel, discovering complex relationships between individual factors and organizational silence with management of political behavior in the banking system can reveal the importance and necessity of carrying out such research. the aim study is to investigate the relationship between individual factors and management of political behavior in the banking system according to the role of mediating role in the central bank of islamic republic of iran. the purpose of this research is the practical purpose and then how data collection and work method are among the descriptive - survey research. for this purpose, three questionnaire management questionnaire, individual factors and organizational silence were constructed to collect data. according to cochran s formula, 356 employees of the central bank of iran were determined and selected by random sampling. to analyze the data from the statistical methods and test of single - sample t - sample t test, structural equation modeling of اس software and amos is used. the results show that individual factors have a direct and meaningful relation with management of political behavior and there is a negative and significant relationship with organizational silence, as well as organizational silence with management of political behavior. the results show that one of the most common approaches in management of political behavior is individual factors.
